We are a progression raiding guild on Akama-US. Before applying, please consider the following,
The ideal applicant will...
- Have gear, gems, enchants, glyphs, reputations, achievements, and professions that reflect a high level of dedication to raid performance.
- Be able to maintain 90% attendance of our raid times. Near 100% attendance is expected during your trial period. (approx. 30 days)
- Have a solid understanding of all aspects of your class. You should have experience playing different specs in a raiding environment and be able to assume whatever role we deem necessary from you that your class can perform. You should be using the dual-spec system to increase your versatility in a raiding environment.
- Research new fights ahead of time and come prepared to contribute to the group's learning of each encounter. Showing up to a raid oblivious of an encounter's mechanics is unacceptable.
-Be mature and capable of providing and taking constructive criticism.
Please note that extraordinary applications of any class will be evaluated. Do not hesitate to apply.
We're looking for smart players first, classes second. If you're amazing, you will get in for every boss fight, regardless of seniority or class.
